The term, defined
What is a testosterone coach?
Coaching is about the habits you put into your actual week: training, food, sleep and consistency. Testosterone Coach gives you a place to talk through your goals and routine. It does not prescribe, diagnose or replace a clinician.

What does a starting brief contain?
Your starting brief is a text file of the conversation, with each speaker labelled. In the typed flow, it records five questions and your answers: what you want, your day now, what gets in the way, the future you want and how much it matters to you. It keeps your own wording; it does not generate a training programme or a medical plan.

YOUR COACH · STARTING BRIEF Your conversation, in your own words. Coach: First — in your own words, what do you actually want? Body, energy, the lot. Say it how you'd say it to a mate. You: I want to make time for training again. Coach: What's a normal day like for you right now — your energy, your routine, the time you've actually got? You: I work until six and usually have half an hour to myself after dinner. Coach: You've wanted this a while. What's actually been in the way? Your words. You: I plan a full week, then give up when I miss one session. Coach: Say it's a year from now and it went exactly your way. What's different — what does a normal Tuesday look like? You: I'd like training to be a normal part of my Tuesday, rather than another decision. Coach: If you got there — genuinely — how good would that feel, 1 to 10? You: 8
No account or card is needed. Your actual brief contains the words you provide. If you switch from a live conversation to typing, the earlier transcript is kept with your guided answers. Create your own starting brief.
Who it's for
Men who want more strength in the gym
Lifts have stalled for a year. You know what to do — you don't do it four times a week.
Men who crash at 3pm
Coffee till lunch, foggy by mid-afternoon, laptop till midnight. Energy is the goal, not a six-pack.
Men who've started and stopped
Programme in January, gone by February. Not a knowledge problem — nobody was checking.
Choose the support you actually need
This website offers a free conversation and a starting brief. It is not a personal training service or a medical clinic. Check the scope, qualifications and costs of any provider before deciding whether their support fits what you need.
Scheduled calls, ongoing account tracking and generated transformation photos are not included in the current free experience. You do not start a subscription by using it.
What a testosterone coach is not
- Not a doctor, and not medical advice.
- Not a clinic. Nothing here prescribes, diagnoses or treats anything.
- Not a supplement brand. Nothing on this site is sold in a tub.
Is this medical advice?
No. Testosterone Coach is not a medical service. It does not diagnose a condition, assess hormone levels or prescribe treatment. Medical questions belong with a qualified clinician.
The four pillars
- FuelEggs, meat, fat, salt
- TrainHeavy, four a week
- RebuildSleep, sun, cut the disruptors
- SustainThree a day, review weekly
Most men know this. Knowing is not the constraint. The constraint is Wednesday — the day the plan meets the week and loses. Everything in this book is built for Wednesday.
