What we collect
Your email address, which page you asked from, and the time you asked. Nothing else — no account, no tracking pixels, no advertising cookies, and neither your IP address nor your browser details are kept. Your IP is used for a moment to stop the form being hammered, and is never written down.
Why
To send you the book, and — only if you want it — the coach's morning line. That is the entire purpose.
Who sees it
Us. It is not sold, rented or shared with advertisers.
How to get it deleted
Reply to any email from us, or write to the address on the site, and we delete it. No reason needed, no delay beyond what it takes to action it.
Unsubscribing
Every email carries a one-tap unsubscribe. Unsubscribing stops the mail; ask separately if you also want the address erased.
