What we collect
For book requests, your email address, which page you asked from, and the time you asked. Typed intake answers and a copy of your voice transcript are stored in your browser. The service uses your IP address to limit repeated requests. Hosting and voice providers also process connection information needed to operate the service.
Why
To send you the book, and — only if you want it — the coach's morning line. That is why we ask for an email address.
Voice conversations
When you tap Talk, Vapi and its speech and AI providers process your audio and words to run the conversation. The voice uses ElevenLabs; transcription and responses use the providers configured for the coach. Audio recording is disabled for website calls. Transcripts and operational logs may be retained by the voice service. A new call starts a fresh conversation; scheduled follow-up calls are not connected yet.
Who sees it
Us and the service providers needed to operate these features. We do not sell your information to advertisers.
How to get it deleted
Reply to any email from us, or write to the address on the site, and we delete it. No reason needed, no delay beyond what it takes to action it.
Unsubscribing
Every email carries a one-tap unsubscribe. Unsubscribing stops the mail; ask separately if you also want the address erased.
